Ingredients (Pepper Nuts):
- 400 g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 50 g finely chopped almonds
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon cloves
- ½ TSP pepper
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 200 g butter
Approach (Pepper Nuts):
All ingredients are mixed and kneaded well together.
The dough is made cold for at least 1 hour-but like overnight.
Trilles for thin sausages and cut into small pieces, which put on the baking plate.
Bake at 200 degrees until they are lightly golden.
