How to Cook Rugklapper

Ingredients (Rugklapper):

  • 50 g yeast
  • 3 cups fingerlun water
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ TSP. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 200 g rye flour
  • About 250 g wheat flour


Approach (Rugklapper):
